BARBECUE SHRIMP
Lone Star Steakhouse Copycat Recipe
Serves 3-4
2 pounds of head on shrimp
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
4 tablespoons Lea and Perrin
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup green onions
4 bay leaves
1/2 pound butter
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cayenne pepper
lemon juice (from 3 lemons)
Preheat a deep pan.Put all the ingredients in the deep pan. Simmer the ingredients for about 8 to 10 minutes (or wait for the shrimp to pull away from its shell) over medium heat.
